DRDO Jobs Recruitment Notification 2020.Defence Research and Development Organisation inviting applications for the positions of Junior Research Fellow.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Qualification Details:

Applications are invited from bright, young talents for 18 positions Of Junior Research Fellows (JRF) to work in challenging area of research of national importance. Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is pursuing research in the areas of advanced semiconductor material and devices. Some Of the research areas include development Of compound semiconductor (bulk crystal & epilayer structures), MEMS, MMlCs, Laser diodes, IR semiconductors, Nano science etc. The laboratory is equipped with state of art material preparation, characterization and device fabrication facilities. Following are the details of JRF positions.

1. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET (Lectureship) qualification. M.Sc. degree in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET (Fellowship) qualification.

2. Subject: Physics/ElectroniCS/Material (Fellowship will be provided by DRDO), Physics/Electronics/Material Science/Microelectronics (Own Fellowship).

Age: Candidate's age should not be more than 28 year for JRF as on the last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation applicable is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates & Other entitled categories as per Govt. rules.
