Qualification Details:
ADVERTISEMENT In pursuant to Hon'ble High Court Judgment and Order in Writ Appeal- Dated 27.03.2019 of 2017. Online applications are invited from citizens of India for filling up of 63(sixty three) posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) under the Rural Works Department, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the pay of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 & GP Rs. 4200/- PM plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees Group-B (Non-ministerial) from time to time. Vacancy position is subject to variation. Any vacancy/post(s) if received from other engineering departments will be included and notified before the written examination is held. Out of 63(sixty three) posts, 52 posts are reserved for APST candidates of which 2(two) posts are reserved for physically handicapped candidates and 11 (eleven) posts unreserved (Open competition).

2. Education Qualification: The candidate must have completed 3(three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering/AgricuItural Engineering/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/AgriculturaI Engineering from a recognized University/lnstitution. However, students who have already appeared in final examination of the qualifying diploma/degree course and awaiting result shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificate/mark sheets of passing their degree/diptoma examination i ed by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar/ Controller of examination/Vice Chancellor of the co erned University will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of Interview/Viva-voce. Without the original certificate/ mark sheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-voce.
3. Scale of Pay : 9300 - 34800/-
Age: The candidates must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more than 32 years of age as on V-04-20?Q. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in accordance with the orders issued by the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh from time to time. ONE TIME RELAXATION OF UPPER AGE LIMIT will be given to those eligible candidates who had been issued Admit Card in respect of the Advertisement issued by the Rural Works Department vide No. RWD/Cord/Estt./Advt-582/2017-18 dated 22nd February, 2017 vide Gov
Important:
1. The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill ali the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination, Their admission to the examination at ati stages of examination for which they are admitted by the Commission viz written examination and Interview test be purely provisional subject to their fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions. if. on venficauon at any time before or after the written examination and test. it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, their candidature of e•amgnation will be cancelled by the Commission.
2. The eligible candidates shall be issued eAdmit card before commencement of the written examination. The e-Admit card will be made available on the AP PSC website tor bv candidates. No admission certificate will be sent by post. For downloading the eAdmit1t card. the candidates must have his/her parameters registration ID and date of btrth or Roll No. (if received and date of birth or father's name) available •mth his/her. 6. (iii) (vii) (vii) The candidates who have been declared qualified in written examination have to submit Xerox copies of the following documentsftnformation to the Commission before the interview date. Recent Passport size Photograph Matriculation certificate issued by Board/university for proof of date of birth Class XII Certificate with Marksheet Diploma Certificate with Marksheet issued by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar/Controtier of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification APST Certificate Any other documents as may be relevant Intimation letter to HOD for those who are in regular Govt. Selection Procedure:
The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following subjects followed by Viva.voce/lnterview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.
