Qualification Details:
1. Name of Post: Telephone Operator
2. Salary: 5910 - 20200-2400
3. Qualification:
(i) Should possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University;
(ii) Should possess one year Diploma in Hotel Reception and book keeping from a recognized institute; and
(iii) Should have passed a computer course of at least one hundred and twenty hours with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer of Information Technology in office productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from Government recognized Institution or a reputed Institution, which is I.S.O. 9001 certified.
(iv) Should possess a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India:
(v) Provided that preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in the same field in Front Office of Hotel Industry or Guest houses etc.
