Qualification Details:
1. Name of the Post: Grade-III Driver
2. Scale of Pay Band with Grade Pay: Rs.14000/- to Rs.49000/- + Rs.5000/-
3. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed minimum HSLC from any recognized Board with valid LMV Driving License.
Age: Less than 18 years and more than 38 years
Office Peon:
Qualification Details:
1. Name of the Post: Grade IV Office Peon
2. Scale of Pay Band with Grade Pay: Rs.12000/- to Rs.37500/- + Rs.3900/-
3. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed minimum Class-VIII from recognized Institute.
Age: Less than 18 years and more than 38 years
Computer Operator:
Qualification Details:
1. Name of the Post: Grade-III Computer Operator
2. Scale of Pay Band with Grade Pay: Rs.14000/- to Rs.49000/- + Rs.6200/-
3. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Graduated from any recognized University and Certificate/ Diploma of 6 (Six) months in Computer application i.e. MS Office etc.
4. Working Experience: Preference will be given on working experience in similar field.
Age: Less than 18 years and more than 38 years
Terms and Conditions:
1. Candidates(s) must be Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. Candidate(s) must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange and the registration No. and date must be mentioned in their application.
3. Candidate(s) employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU should submit their applications through Proper Channel OR submit 'No Objection Certificate' along with the application. In case, the candidate fails to do so, his/ her candidature will not be considered.
4. The type/mode of question paper will be in a multiple choice question (MCQ).
5. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
6. Candidate(s) are advised to carefully read the full advertisement before submission of application.
7. Date, venue and time of the written competitive examination will be communicated by issuing calling letter to the eligible candidates-whose applications are found in order in all respect after scrutiny
8. The appointee will be guided by Govt. New Pension Rules.
9. Candidate(s) who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview/test. Incomplete/un-signed applications shall summarily be rejected.
11. Application received beyond the last date will not be accepted.

Selection Procedure:
1. Candidate(s) whose applications are found in order will have to appear for written competitive examination for 2:00 hours comprising of the following subjects:
(a) For the post of Office Supervising Assistant/Storekeeper-cum-Accountant: (General Maths : 30 marks, General English : 25 marks, General Knowledge : 25 marks=Total : 80 marks).
(b) For the post of Computer Operator: (General English : 30 marks, General Theory : 25 marks, General Awareness : 25 marks=Total : 80 marks).
(c) For the post of Typist cum Computer Operator: (General English : 30 marks, General Theory : 25 marks, General Awareness : 25 marks=Total : 80 marks).
(d) For the post of Driver: (General Knowledge : 30 marks, General Traffic Rules & Regulation: 40 marks, General English : 10 marks=Total : 80 marks).
(e) For the post of Office Peon: (General Knowledge : 50 marks, General Assamese: 50 marks=Total : 100 marks).
2. Short listed candidates of written examination may be called for practical Computer test/ skill test for 20 marks of each posts of Office Supervising Assistant/ Storekeeper-cum-Accountant / Computer Operator/ Typist cum Computer Operator and driving test for 20 marks for the post of Driver.
How to Apply:
1. The Candidate(s) may submit the application in the Standard Form published in the Assam Gazette. The envelope containing the application should be supper scribed "Application for the post of Office Supervising Assistant/ Storekeeper-cum-Accountant/ Computer Operator/ Typist cum Computer Operator/ Driver/ GradeIV (Office Peon)" along with 3 (three) copies of recent Passport size photographs duly signed and dated by the candidates on the reverse side of those, one of which should be pasted on the application.
2. The candidate(s) should submit self attested copies of all relevant documents as mentioned below:
a) Educational Qualification.
b) Age Proof Certificate.
c) Experienced certificate
d) Certificate issued by Competent Authorities prescribed by the Govt. regarding their status SC/ST(P)/ ST(H)/OBC/MOBC.
e) Certificate of Valid Employment Registration Card.
f) Valid Driving License (LMV) (Applicable only for the post of Driver).
3. A self addressed envelope of (25 cm X 11 cm) affixing unused postal stamp of Rs.10/- (Rupees ten only) to be submitted along with the application.
4. The application should be addressed to the Director of AYUSH, Assam, Banphool Nagar Path, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 and should reached the same on or before 15/02/2020 (5:00 PM).
5. The decision of the Management will be final and binding on all candidate(s) on all matters relating to the eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the recruitment process etc. and no enquiry/correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Candidate(s) who have applied earlier is to re-apply.
