Walk-in-Interview will be conducted by East Central Railway for engagement of full time Specialists doctors for Central cum Super Specialty Hospital/Patna. Whiling Doctors who fulfill the qualification/eligibility criteria specified below may apply for the above engagement. The engagement will be purely on Contract basis for the period of one year which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis (not extendable beyond 12 years) or till the post filled by regular Doctors selected from LIPSC or the scheme is available Whichever is earlier.
1. Name of the Post
a. CMP (Specialist - Paedistric) 01 - (MD)/Diploma in paediatric
b. CMP (Specialist - Surgeon) 01 - (MS/Lap & G.S)
c. CMP (Specialist - Orthopaetic) 01 - MS Diploma in Ortho
d. CMP (Specialist - Cardilogist) 01 - (MD/DM/DNB in cardiology) or (Medicine)
A. Qualification for Specialists:
(a)Degree/Diploma in corresponding specialty mentioned above in remarks column.
(B)Should be registered With Medical Council Of India/Medical Council of State.
B. Remuneration for Specialists : Rs.95,000/ (Rupees Ninty Five thousand only) for the Year; Rs.1,05,000/ (Rupees one Lakh Five thousand only) for 2nd Year & onward per month, if Railway accommodation is not provided. If Railway .acconnmodation is provided, deduction Will be made from the monthly remuneration equivalent to House Rent Allowance payable on minimum pay to Senior Scale officer (Level-II in 7th CPC) and fixed license fee for accommodation.
2. Retired IRMS officers, Retired Government Medical Officers of State Government, Central Government and PS s (only those who are not pensionable) may also apply against above vacancies. The condition wilt be as under:-
a. Qualification:- Degree/Diploma in corresponding specia/tymentioned in remarks column above for Specialty, the minimum qualification required is MBBS.
b. Remuneration:- Fixed remuneration of Rs.46000/ ( Forty Six Thousand only ) per month. to condition that remuneration + pension should not exceed the last pay drawn by Doctors. It is not applicable to Retired doctors from PSUs (Whose service is not pensionable)

General Instructions:
1. In the event of absence from duty, deduction from the remuneration will be applicable daily rate of proportionate of remuneration. Railway administration has legitimate right to transfer the engaged CMP(s) any where over E.C.RaiIway in se of administrative exigency. set of 1st class complementary pass for self and family shall be issued during each contract period after Completion of three months. of regular contract service.
2. Contract Medical Practitioner can avail free medical reatment on E.C.Railway Hospital for self only.TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for agending the interview. Selected candidates will be posted at Cental cum Super Speciality Hospital, East Central Railway/Patna. MP will have no right of posting against regular vacant post or transfer at his own request. MP is not be allowed private practice after sanction of contract.
3. The candidates working in any Medical Organization/State Govt. should submit their applications through Proper channel with "No Objection certificate". There may be change 'in numbers of vacancies and place of posting as specified above depending upon ministrative requirement. Offer of posting will be made on the basis of availability of vacancies at the time engagement.
4. Posts indicated herein may be kept unfilled at the discretion of Railway administration. Contract Medical Practitioners engaged on contract basis in the Railway will not have any claim or right for Ther continuity in service or automatic extension of the term of contract service. The service rendered as will not confer the right to take waitage for regular selection throu h UPSC right for regularization, Absorption

How to Apply:
Candidates intending to join as Contract Medical Practitioner should apply on prescribed format (enclosed) and submitt the same up to Walk In Interview 13/12/2019 at 09.00 A.M on the date of interview at the venue along with self attested Photocopies of following documents and attend the "Walk-in-Interview" with original certificates mentioned low Proof of age. Proof of passing MBBS, Internship. Degree, Diploma & other educational qualifications. Proof of registration in Indian Medical Council/MedicaI Council of State. Proof of caste in case of SC/ST candidate & non-creamy layer certificate in case of OBC candidates. (only on prescribed format for Central Government will be accepted in case of OBC). Mark Sheet(s) of relevant qualification(s).04 (four) copies of recent passport size photograph with self signature. Original Pension Payment Order book & self attested copy of the same in case of Retd. Doctor.
