a. This is with reference to vacancy notification no. AIESL/RECT/2019 dated 30th September 2019 notified on our website for the post of Welfare Officer. In this regard this is to notify that the Management has modified certain conditions with regard to eligibility only and the last date for submitting applications will be 02/01/2020. The other general terms and conditions, fee schedule, selection process etc remain unaltered. For other conditions please refer to the detailed notification given below.
b. It may be noted that the recruitment process for the post of Civil Engineer which was also notified in the same notification dated 30/09/2019 has been closed and hence the same stands
deleted from the details given below. This CORRIGENDUM – II is applicable only to the post of Welfare Officer. Candidates who have already applied against notification dated 30th September 2019 need not apply
1. Position: Welfare Officer
2. Qualification: Should have degree or diploma in Social Science recognized by the State Government of Maharashtra and meeting all other conditions laid down in the Maharashtra Welfare Officers (Duties, Qualifications and conditions of Service) Rules, 1966 for working as a Welfare Officer. Should have adequate knowledge of Marathi Language
3. Experience: Experience preferable
4. Salary: Emoluments will be as perapproved salary structure of AIESL and will be approximately Rs. 40,000/- per month at the time of joining
5. Period of Contract: Fixed term contract would beinitially for a period of 5 (Five) years,
Age:
General Category. Not above 35 yrs. OBC - Not above 38 yrs. SC/ST- Not above 40 yrs
Application Fee:
Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) by means of A/c Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Engineering Services Limited” payable at Mumbai. SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman candidates are required to submit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only)

General Conditions:
1. Candidates found suitable and shortlisted will be engaged on fixed-term contract basis for a period of 05 years. The contract may be terminated at the discretion of the Management
during the tenure of the contract and/or in the event of unsatisfactory performance.
2. The contract is extendable for further term of 5 years and upon satisfactory performance of the candidate and requirement of the company.
3. The candidates will be posted either at Mumbai or at any outstation of Airbus Group as per the requirement of the Company.
4. The candidates will have to make their own arrangement for housing accommodation at the place of posting.
5. The Company, at its discretion, may assign additional duties, as and when required.
6. SC/ST candidates who reporting for Walk-in Interview and residing beyond 80 kms from the Walk-in Interview and not employed in any Government, Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies, will be reimbursed second class to & fro rail / bus fare by the shortest route as per rules, on production of document of travel.
7. Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the laid down procedure eligibility criteria, prescribed for the post before reporting for Walk-in Interview.
8. At any stage of the selection process, if it is found that the particulars furnished by the candidate in the Application Form or testimonials are incorrect /false or the candidate does not meet the Eligibility Criteria prescribed for the post, or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her application shall be summarily rejected without making any further reference.
9. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing in any outside influence with regard to further the selection of the candidate shall be considered as a DISQUALIFICATION.
