Qualification:

Assistant Manager (IT-ERP Technical) – B.E/B.Techin Computer Science/IT or 60% marks in MCA.

Assistant Manager (Refractory Maintenance), Deputy Manager (Civil), Manager (Civil)–  BE/B.Tech  in Civil  Engineering.

Manager (HR) – Candidates holding Degree in Engineering/Physical Sciences and 2 years Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.

Manager (Special Steels, Super Alloys, Titanium Alloys) – BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and should have completed PhD in the concerned area.

Charger Operators  (WG- 01) – SSC passed with minimum 2 years relevant post qualification experience in the concerned area.

Junior Operative Trainee (JOT) -Electrical (WG-02)- SSC+ITI (Electrical)with NAC.

Junior Operative Trainee (JOT) -Instrumentation (WG-02) – SSC+ITI (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with NAC.

Ladleman (WG-02) – SSC passed or equivalent.

Senior Operative Trainee (SOT) –Instrumentation, Melts, Pickling Shop– Diploma in Engineering in the concerned subject with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
