Faculty -
Engagement of Faculty/Office Assistant {Pl. strike off whichever is not applicable) for RSETIS (Rural Self EmploymentTraining lnstitutes) on contract basis for the Year 2019-20
1. Essential: (i) Post-graduate viz MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in sociology, B.sc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc. Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
2. Desirable: Retd. Bank Official with working experience as an officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.
3. Experience / Other eligibility criteria: Essential: 1. Should be well conversant with local language. 2Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head a quarter of RSETI center.
4. Job Profile: The functioning of the Faculty shall be broad to Training and Awareness Programmes, Generation !\. assist the Director in conducting of Application and Selection of Candidate, Preparation of Annual Action PIan, Logistics for Training Programme, Handling Sessions, Preparation of Notes and similar other activities of the centre.
5. Contract Period: The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal of contract may be, considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance. No person employed elsewhere will be allowed to work on instant advertised post after being selected for the contractual engagement,
Age: Less than 65 Yrs with the Sound Health
Office Assistant -

1.Qualifications: Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge. Desirable: Knowledge in basic accounts& bookkeeping.
2. Experience / Other eligibility criteria: I. Should be well conversant with the local language. 2. Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
3. Job Profile: Assisting the Director & Faculty in functioning ofthe institute. Maintaining Accounts, Vouchers, Books/Registers, Updating data, Periodicals Reports, Follow up and slmilar other activities of the centre.
4. Contract Period: The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal of contract may be, considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance. No person employed elsewhere will be allowed to work on instant advertised post after being selected for the contractual engagement,
Age: 35 Yrs with the Sound Health
Director RSETI and Counselor FLCC -
1. Essential: (i) Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
2. Desirable: Officer with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance offl€er / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty member of#minins Ce / CnllEnec which specialization h Rural Development etc. shall be prefered,
3. The candidate shall be appointed on a contract basis for a period of one year.
4. These officers shall be working as "Director-RSETVCounselor-FlCs" and have to oversee the overall functioning of RSETI/FLC.
Age: Less than 65 Yrs with Sound Health
