Name of Discipline Management (DSM, USME) :
1. Qualifications: First class or equivalent Master’s degree in Business Management/ Administration in a relevant management related discipline or first class in Two-year full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/Accredited by the AICTE/UGC. ‘OR’ First class or equivalent in M. Tech. /M.E. /Master’s Degree in the relevant branch. ‘OR’ First class Graduate and professionally qualified Charted Accountant/Cost & Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies. Qualifications as above with Ph.D. or equivalent, in relevant branch. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out by the AICTE/UGC.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching/research /industry at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications/IPR/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the selection committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Assistant Professor with active participation record in devising/designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications/IPR/patents, etc., as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee.

Qualifications as above with Ph.D. or equivalent, in relevant branch. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out by the AICTE/UGC.

Application Form must be accompanied by an online fee receipt of Rs.1000/- in case of General/OBC candidates and Rs.500/- in case of EWS/SC/ST/PH Category candidates. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the University.
Instructions for all Candidates :
1. The candidate must be a citizen of India. Application Form must be accompanied by an online fee receipt of Rs.1000/- in case of General/OBC candidates and Rs.500/- in case of EWS/SC/ST/PH Category candidates. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the University.
2. Application Form must also be accompanied by self-attested copies of Educational and Professional Qualifications, Experience, Caste Certificate/PH Certificate (in a case claiming the benefit of reservation). Prescribed Educational Qualifications are minimum & mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. Where a number of applications received are more, the University reserves the right to short-list the candidates to be called for interview and no claim for refund of fee shall be entertained in any case.
3. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the posts advertised, no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates regarding postal delays, conduct and result of screening test/interview and reason for not being called for interview. The number of posts advertised is provisional and can be varied as per the requirement of the University.
4. The OBC candidates must be in possession of filled prescribed Annexure I, along with his/her caste certificate issued by the Govt. of Delhi only. The candidates applying for more than one discipline should submit the separate application form along with requisite fees.
Notes:
1. The last date for submission of online application is 13.09.2019.
2. The upper age limit shall be 50 years. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the last date for receipt of applications i.e. 13.09.2019.
3. The application fee will be amounting to Rs.1,000/- in case of UR/OBC candidates and Rs.500/- in case of EWS/SC/ST/PH Category candidates. The application fee will be accepted through online mode only. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the University. The candidates are directed to enclose the print out of online fee receipt with the printout of the online Application Form and other required documents.
4. The printout of the online Application Form along with supporting documents should reach to the Registrar, Delhi Technological University within 10 days from the last date of online submission of applications.
5. The candidates are required to submit duly filled Annexure I & II in accordance with API score calculator sheet which is placed at Annexure III.
6. Candidates will be informed through e-mail for presentation & interview and the details will also be uploaded on the University website.

I. The candidates are required to fill up the online application form and also submit the print out of the online application form along with the desired/relevant documents to claim their eligibility with prescribed fees. The last date of submission of online application along with fees is 13.09.2019. The link for online application will be available on the University website i.e. www.dtu.ac.in on 13.07.2019.
II. In case the candidate wishes to apply for more than one discipline, he/she should submit a separate online application form along with requisite fees.
III. The printout of the online application along with the printout of the online fees receipt should reach in the O/o The Registrar, DTU within 10 days of the last date of submission of online application.
