Other Qualification Details:
1. Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 from a recognized Board/ University.
2. RT Qualification: Must be in possession of valid RTR (A), RTR (C) or RTR (P) license issued by Ministry of Communications, Govt. of India.
3. Emoluments: Selected candidates will be paid a monthly emolument of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only). After completion of one year of service, the incumbent would also be eligible for Employers Contribution towards PF @ 10% of the (Basic pay + HRA).
4. Tenure: Selected candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract initially for a period of five years which is further extendable as per the requirement of the Company and candidate’s performance.
Age: Maximum 60 Years
Application Fee:
A Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favor of Air India Limited payable at Delhi or Mumbai (Place, where the candidate appears for Walk-in-Selection) being the Application Fee (Application Fee not applicable in case of SC/ST Candidates).
General Conditions:
1. Selected candidates would be required to undergo for Pre-Employment Medical Examination and the cost of the same will be borne by the candidates.
2. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories will be entitled to reimbursement of second class return rail/ bus fare, on the production of railway receipt/ ticket, as per rules. After verification of documents, if their eligibility is established and they appear for Personal Interview, reimbursement of fare will be made by cheque and sent to them by post. No other expenses whatsoever will be reimbursed.
3. Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the requisite eligibility criteria as on 01.07.2019 and the particulars furnished by them in the Application Format are correct in all respects. At any stage of the Selection Process, if the particulars provided by the candidates or the testimonials attached/ provided, are found incorrect/ false or it is found that the candidates do not possess the laid down qualification/ stipulated eligibility criteria as on the date of reckoning eligibility, i.e. 01.07.2019, their candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage, without entering into any correspondence with them in the matter and if appointed, services will be terminated without giving any notice or reasons thereof.
4. Management reserves the right for a change in above schedule/ condition, based on requirements.
5. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/ appointment shall be considered as Disqualification.
Process for Walk in Selection:
Interested candidates, who fulfill the above eligibility criteria as on 01.07.2019, would be required to report for registration followed by a personal interview on same/subsequent day/s, at the following venues and dates between 10.30 hrs. to 12.30 hrs.
