4. Eligibility, Experience and Specific Requirements, if any.
a. Railway employees working as Chief Commercial Supervisor, Chief Reservation Supervisor, Chief Ticket Inspector in substantive Grade of Level-7 with minimum of 5 years service in relevant grade or employees working as Commercial Supervisor, Reservation Supervisor, Ticket Inspector in substantive Grade of Level-6 with minimum 6 years of service in relevant grade and minimum 20 years of service in Group 'C' or employees working as Chief Commercial Supervisor, Chief Reservation Supervisor, Chief Ticket Inspector in Level-8/9(Under MACPS) are eligible to apply.
b. The employees should have minimum 8-10 years of the total experience of working in the Commercial Department of Railways. Preference will be given to the employees having knowledge of Tendering Process, RTIs, Correspondence with various Departments of Railways, Liaison with Accounts and Finance Departments and preparation of Detailed Estimates and Budget Estimates. The employees should have at least 4 years of service remaining
