Qualification Details:
1. Essential: BE / B Tech in first division with NET/GATE in the field of Computer Science [Engineering OR ME /M.Tech in first division (both at graduate and post graduate level) in the fields of Computer Science/Engineeting
2. Desirable: (i) Experience in working in Web GIS application development.
3. Essential: Post graduate Science degree in first division with NET/GATE in the fields of Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo informatics/Computer Science. OR ME or M. Tech in first division (both at graduate and post graduate level) in the fields of Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo inforrnatics/ Computer Science
4. Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of Remote Sensing & GIS software, e.g. ERDAS, ArcGIS, ENVI, QGIS etc
(ii) Knowledge of programming in R, METLAB, Python.
(iii) Knowledge of Web Designing i.e. Postgre SQL, PHP etc.
(iv) Experience of field work, preferable in glaciers.
5. Essential: Post graduate Science degree in first division with NET/GATE in the fields of Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo informatics/ Computer Science. OR ME or M. Tech in first division (both at graduate and post graduate level 4no the fields of Remote Sensing/GIS/Geomatics/ Geo informatics/ Electronics and Communication Engg/Computer Science.
6. Desirable: (i) Knowledge Of Remote Sensing & GIS software, e.g. ERDAS, ArcGIS, ENVI, QGIS etc (ii) Knowledge of using geospatial techniques for snow and avalanche studies. (iii) Experience of field work, preferable in glaciers
7. Essential: Post graduate in Engineering (ME or M Tech) in first division (both at graduate and post graduate level) in the field Of Machine Design Engg/Fluid Engg OR BE / B Tech in first division with NET/GATE in the field of Mechanical Engg
8. Desirable: (i) Knowledge ofCFD and meshing softwares like Hyper mesh, ANSYS Fluent etc. (ii) Good programming skills in C/MATLAB. (iii) Experience in handling measuring instruments/equipments for field experiments. (iv) Having working experience in R&D Sector with scientific publications
9. Stipend will-be Rs. 25000/- plus HRA as per central Govt norms.
Age: Maximum age 28 years and relaxation in age for 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC as per Govt. rules.

(i) Applications would be accepted up to 1000 hrs.
(ii) Initial screening and verification of testimonials would be done between 1000-1100 hrs on the respective interview Date.
(iii) Interview Ofthe screened/short listed candidates would take place from 1100 hrs onward.
