Operator:
Qualification Details:
1. Mechanical:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 6 years in steel forging/rolling operation in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry. 6 years in operation of CNC machines for steel machining.
2. Automation:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 6 years in operation & maintenance of PLC based automation in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry.
3. Electrical:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 6 years in operation & maintenance (minimum 2 years in 6.6 KV or above installation) in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry. 6 years in field, planning, stores (minimum 1year in stores) with proficiency in MS office/ stores management software.
4. NDT:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical /Production / Metallurgy Engineering with a valid NDT Certificate of Level II in UT & MT
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 6 years in operation /quality assurance in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry in steel sector. Minimum 1 year experience in ultrasonic testing, interpretation and evaluation is required. In case the candidate is selected, his NDT certificate(s) must have a validity of at least 1 year from the date of joining RINL.
5. Laboratory:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy Engineering
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 6 years in quality assurance in medium or large scale manufacturing/ process industry in steel sector. Minimum 2 years in instrumental metallographic analysis.
6. Operator (S-4 Grade), Pay Scale: 17,100-3%-25,540 (Pre-revised)

Preferably in Tool & Die repair shop with CNC Lathe/VTB operation. 3 years in steel machining (in sample preparation for destructive testing, tool preparation etc.) using CNC machines.
8. Electrical:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or) ITI in Electrician trade
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 3 years in operation & maintenance in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry.3 years in all types of electrical maintenance in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry in steel. 3 years in planning & procurement section/ stores etc (multi tasking). Should have skills of MS Office
9. Crane:
a. Qualifications: ITI in Electrician trade
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 3 years in medium or large scale manufacturing/ process industry in steel sector. Minimum 1 year in EOT crane operation from cabin.
10. Instrumentation:
a. Qualifications: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation) (or) ITI in Instrument Mechanic trade
b. Post Qualification Experience (As on 01-06-2018): 3 years in maintenance of all types of instrumentation in medium or large scale manufacturing/process industry.
11. Technician (S-3 Grade), Pay Scale: 16800-3%-24110 (Pre-revised)
Age: 30 - 35 years

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be through Online Test followed by Certificate Verification and Medical Examination to the provisionally selected candidates.

4. Steps for Applying:
STEP 1: Log on to www.vizagsteel.com and click on the link “Careers”
STEP 2: Read CAREFULLY all the instructions given on the website.
STEP 3: Have the following readily available:
a) e-mail ID (which must be valid for minimum of next Twelve Months)
b) Latest passport size photograph in digital format (.jpg file of 30 KB size) and digital format of the signature (.jpg file of 30 KB size) for uploading with the application form. The recommended dimensions of the passport photograph are 150(W) X 200(H) pixels. The recommended dimensions of digital format of the signature is 150(W) X 50(H) pixels
c) Scanned copies (pdf format) of date of birth proof (SSC / 10th), qualification and experience certificates. The size of file should not exceed 500 KB.
STEP 4: Registration
a) Enter the basic details such as Name, category, PwD status, date of birth, email id and upload recent passport size photograph and signature etc. on submitting the basic details.
b) enter personal details, qualification and experience details and click SUBMIT
c) Upload scanned copies (pdf format) of SSC/10th , Qualification and Experience certificates
d) Application fee shall be deposited through payment gate way by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
e) After clicking SUBMIT, download the computer generated Registration Slip with unique registration number, photograph, signature and other essential details. Take a print of the Registration Slip to be produced at the time of Personal Interview.
