Qualification Details:
Applications on prescribed proforma from various categories of retired Railway Employees are invited for re-engagement in Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management of Northern Railway on monthly remuneration basis.
1. Depratment: Commercial
2. Eligibility: Retired employees Who have not achieved 64 year S & 6 months of age on the closing date Of the notification (at least 6 months service is available after re-enga ement). i) Should not have retired under LARSGESS/VoIuntariIY. Stwuld not have compulsorily retired or removed/terminated extra. iii) Should be medically fit for the for which Job
3. Perod of Engagement: The present scheme Of re•engagement of retired employees is upto Initial engagement will be for a period Of one year which will he. etended On yearly basis. Re-engaged staff Will be discharged immediately on joining Of selected candidates from RRBs or on completion Of 65 years Of age Or in case Of unsatisfactory service whichever is earlier.
NOTE:-Retired staff Civil (IOW), Electrical (General), (Telecommunication), Stores (Procurement), Mechanical (C&W), Finance, personnel & Traffic (Operating & Commercial) shall be preferred
Salary: Rs. 5,200 - Rs. 34,800/- Per Month

Selection Procedure:
List of the screened candidates will be in order or highest residual service available on the date of publication of the List- The Selected candidates must obtain medical fitness Of the appropriate category from the designated Railway Medical Authority, Assessment Of eligible candidates will be done by nominated Evaluation committee as per criteria decided. After assessment by committee, list of selected candidates will be notified. However, selected candidates Will be re- engaged based on actual need of administration at the time of re-engaeement.
