Engagement of Consultants on purely contract basis against the posts of Assistant Director (Operations) for Directorate of Flying Training in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation-reg.
1. Post Name: Consultant against the posts of Assistant Director (Operations) for Directorate of Flying Training.
2. Qualification:
a. (i) Should have a Degree in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical or Computer Science or Information Technology or Aeronautical or Electrical or Electronics disciplines from a recognized University with three years' experience in; Master Degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics Or Physics with two years' experience in; B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Physics or Electronics as subjects with five years experience in,-
b. (a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating; (b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport; (c) Management Of Airside operations Of major or International Civil Airport;(a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating, (b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport; or (c) Management of Airside operations of major or International Civil (d) Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot Licence; or (e) Aircraft flying in Defence Services; or (f) Flight operations department of a Schedules Airlines; (g) Aerodrome Design and Planning.
3. Remuneration: The fixed remuneration for the said posts is Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) per month. In cases of retired Government Servant the Consultant will be paid an amount equal to last pay drawn plus Dearness Allowance minus Basic Pension plus Dearness Relief thereon subject to a maximum of Rs. 40,000/- (forty thousand only) per month.

Selection Procedure:
A Screening Committee would scrutinize the applications. Only those fulfilling the requirements will be short listed and called for interview.
