Education Qualification:
1. State Project Manager (HR, Administration & Capacity Building of Staff): Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource / MBA (HR)
2. District Project Manager: Post-Graduate degree
3. District Functional Expert (SM, IB & CB): Post-Graduate degree
4. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing): Post-Graduate degree
5. District Functional Expert (FI): Post-Graduate degree
6. District Functional Expert (Skills): Post-Graduate degree
7. District Accounts Manager: Post Graduate degree in Commerce/ CA/ ICWA. Candidates having experience of working in projects/ Schemes funded by world bank / Gol or Social Community development Projects will be preferred.
8. District MIS Manager: MCA/ M.Sc-IT having experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in social/ community development projects. Working Knowledge of data management software will be essential.
9. Block Project Manager: Post-Graduate degree
10. Block Coordinator: Graduate
11. MIS Assistant cum Accountant: Graduate (BCA/ B.Com) with knowledge and experience in MS office plus tally and other data entry / Accounting Software.
Age Limit:

Salary:
Selected candidates will get pay Rs.35, 000/- from the organization
