Qualification Details:
1. Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech. (Electrical Engg./ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ Electronics and Communication Engg). Min 27 Yrs. Experience.
2. Job Description: Having Experience in Planning, Monitoring, commercial / operation dept. in power Distribution Utility with domain experience of Meter to cash revenue cycle , Project management, PMA, PIA, Energy audit, GIS, AMR/AMI, IT applications like oracle CC&B & SAP ISU, etc. Preferably having knowledge of data analysis & AT&C loss reduction techniques.
3. Per month CTC and Designation to be offered (in Rs. Per month): Retd Chief Engineer as Associate Advisor Rs. 90,000/- to 1,28,800/-. Retd.Supdt. Engineer as Sr.Consultant Rs. 75,000/- to 1, 05,000/-, Retd.Execut ive Engineer as Consultant Rs. 61,000/- to 85,400/-

General Information:
1. Applicants must be an Engineering Professionals having technical background, sectorial experience and have worked in distribution sector domain for Power Development Department, State Electricity Boards, Discoms etc. and are superannuated from the post of Chief Engineer or Supdt. Engineer or Executive Engineer and are well versed with Working Conditions, local language and phycology of the State of Jammu & Kashmir. RECPDCL also reserves the right to reject any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
2. The appointment is purely on Contract basis and meant for Retired Engineering Professionals only preferably for power professionals. The tenure of contract will initially be for One year, however may be extendable on year to year basis based on performance.
3. . Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. The number of vacancy can vary and will solely depend on project requirement. No perks or allowances, other than the consolidated salary mentioned above, would be payable. Management reserves right to cancel/restrict/modify/alter selection/recruitment process at any stage without issuing any notice or assigning any reason thereafter. To and fro journey by economic air class shall be reimbursable to the outside applicants for attending discussion/interview.
Selection Procedure:
The applicant shall be selected on the basis of performance in discussion/interview. All shortlisted candidates who are eligible as per details advertisement shall be called for the interview. Interview call letters shall be issued to shortlisted candidates only along with information regarding date, time and Venue of interview.
