b. Contract Medical Officer – Occupational Health - MBBS
c. Contract Medical Officer - General Duty - MBBS
d. Contract Medical Officer – Emergency Duty - MBBS
e. Contract Medical Officer - Homoeopathy - BHMS
f. Contract Medical Officer - Physician - MD (Medicine)
g. Contract Medical Officer – Gynaecology (Part Time/ Full Time) - MD/MS (Gynecology)
h. Contract Medical Officer - Orthopaedic - MD/MS (Orthopedics)
i. Contract Medical Officer - Paediatric - MD (Pediatrics)
j. Contract Medical Officer – Ophthalmology - MD/MS (Ophthalmology)
k. Contract Medical Officer – Radiology - MD (Radiology)
2. Duration: Engagement is purely temporary on contract basis for a period upto 30.06.2020 and can be terminated by giving one month’s notice from either side
Document:
1. Application form in the prescribed format typed on A4 size papers (Format at Annexure 1)
2. Original certificate with one set of Self Attested photocopies of qualification, caste, Birth, Registration Certificate of Council /Institute and experience if any.
3. Two Passport size photographs to be affixed in the application format.
4. Caste certificates if applicable
5. Photo ID proof (i.e. Pan card/Driving License/Company’s ID Card/Voter card/ Adhar Card) any one.
6. All the copies of credentials/Certificates submitted by the candidates need to be self-attested.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligible candidates fulfilling all parameters may apply. Candidates must possess a valid registration from State/Indian Medical Council, as the case may be. Candidates shall be required to work at ONGC Hospital, Sivasagar and Dispensaries at Nazira / Lakwa/ Geleky on round the clock (shift pattern) of work depending on the requirement. Engagement is purely temporary on contract basis for a period upto 30.06.2020 and can be terminated by giving one month’s notice from either side. The selected candidates will have to sign a contract with ONGC on joining as per the terms and conditions of ONGC
2. The qualification for the posts should be from recognised University/Institution Candidature of the candidates submitting false certificates/documents or suppression of information shall be liable for dis-qualification / rejection/ terminated at any stage.Accommodation in ONGC Colony on payment basis (if available
