Electrical Engineer:
Qualification Details:
Oil India Limited intends to hire the following persons on contract basis for Pump Station Upgradation Project for its on-land operations in Assam purely for temporary requirement.
1 .Post & Salary: Electrical Engineer on Contract - A consolidated contract honorarium of Rs. 52,750/- will be paid per month
2. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering of minimum 4 years duration from a recognized University and approved by AICTE/ UGC.
3. Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 3 Years Working Experience as on 27.06.2018 in any Govt./ Public/ Private sector organisation of repute**
4 .Duration: The contract would be for a minimum period of six months, extendable by three six months tenure upto a maximum period of two years depending upon requirement and the performance of the individual.
5. Job Profile: To supervise all electrical work during execution of the project and provide technical support. To monitor schedule and progress. To liaise with other sections of Pipeline Department for project related jobs. To deal with matters related to various statutory regulations (OISD, PESO, OMR, CEA) and National Electric Code, National Building Code, etc.
Civil Engineer:

2. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering of minimum 4 years duration from a recognized University and approved by AICTE/ UGC.
3. Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 7 Years of working experience as on 28.06.2018 in any Govt./ Public/ Private sector organization of repute
4 .Duration: The contract would be for a minimum period of six months, extendable by three six months tenure upto a maximum period of two years depending upon requirement and the performance of the individual.
5. Job Profile: Supervision & monitoring progress of works at site. Preparation of estimates and bills. Measurements of work done. Checking of layouts as per drawing. Quality control of works at site. Cross checking and certification of contractors’ bills.

General Conditions:
1. No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview. The selected candidate has to travel extensively along the pipeline as and when required. Travel and accommodation during all official tours outside the place of posting will be provided/ arranged by OIL and an incidental of Rs. 250/- per day will be paid for the actual number of days worked for OIL outside the place of posting.
2 . The engagement will not confer any right on the candidate for regularization in OIL. The candidates should be of sound health and have to provide a fitness certificate from a Govt. registered medical practitioner at the time of joining in the prescribed format. Any dispute with regard to the engagement against this advertisement will be under the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh district court only.
