Qualification Details:
1. For serving officers deputation rules shall be applicable.
2. Qualification and Experience: Either serving or retired IRSSE officer with experience of 6 years in Group 'A' Service in Indian Railways
3. Monthly Emolument: For retired offcers Rs.75,000/- Plus Rs.20,000/- HRA
Age: Below 55 years for serving offcers & below 62 years for retired offcers
