Assistant:
Qualification Details:
i. Qualification/ Experience: (1) A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University (2) At least 5 years’ experience in Administration and Establishment / Accounts and Finance / HR / Purchase work of which at least 3 years should be as UDC or equivalent in a University / Govt. / Public /Private Sector / Undertaking of repute. Good knowledge of computer applications.
ii. Desirable:
a) Preference will be given to the candidates who have 2/3 years diploma in secretarial practice/OMCA
(b) Diary & dispatch work of incoming and outgoing mail. To handle the estate management/ purchase & import/ accounts & audit/ hospitality/ academic/ recruitment/ legal and establishment matters etc
(c)Well versed with noting, drafting and business communication (d) Prior experience of working in industry / Business Development / Academics. (e) Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
(f) Strong data entry and typing skills. (g) Ability to multitask in fast paced environment. h) Knowledge of end-to-end tour and travel management i) IT skills are mandatory d) Preference will be given to Exservicemen/retired employee.

Qualification Details:
i. Qualification/ Experience:
1.(i) Candidate should have completed 10+2 with 1st Division /Graduation or its equivalent and should have Diploma/certificate in the Stenography/ secretarial practice/ : Typing speed should be 25 words per minute and shorthand 80 words per minute, for an English stenographer, 30 words per minute and shorthand must be 100 words per minute for Hindi Stenographer. And transcription at a speed of 15 words per ainute and mistakes should not exceed 8% or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University .
ii) The candidate will have to qualify the test as prescribed by the competent authority including typing .
2. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.

General Instruction:
1. All qualifications must be from recognized Board/Universities/Institutes. The Candidates who have obtained qualifications from any Board/University/Institution declared fake or not recognized by respective regulatory bodies shall not be eligible for consideration for any of the post advertised. Qualifications obtained through distance mode are not admissible for teaching posts in science and technology. If a Grade Point System is adopted the CGPA will be converted into equivalent marks.
2. The prescribed essential qualifications and experience indicated are bare minimum and mere possession of the same will not entitle any candidate to be called for test/ interview/ skill test. The applications may be short-listed on the basis as deemed appropriate by the Competent Authority.
3. The vacancy shown in advertisement is indicative and may increase or decrease at the discretion of the University at the time of selection. The University reserves the right not to fill the post advertised without assigning any reason.
4. T. A / DA would be admissible for the post of Skill Professors as per the norms of Government of Haryana. For attending the interview. No TA/DA is payable for attending the interview for rest of the posts.
