Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech, M.Sc
Other Qualifications:
1. Manager (Environment) On Deputation / Contract Basis
2. Qualification: M.Tech/ MSc. / B.E. /B.Tech. (2nd Class degree in Environmental Engineering)
3. Experience: Minimum 05 years experience of dealing with environmental management related responsibility / work in a State Environment Conservation Board/ Central Pollution Control Board or in Power Generation Plants/ Processing Industry.
4. Tenure of Contract Contract appointment for Manager (Environment) shall be for a period of one year, extendable on mutual consent after satisfactory performance.
5. Remuneration For contract appointment fixed amount will be payable and the same will be computed as per "Chhattisgarh Civil Sewa (Samvida Niyukti) Niyam, 2012 and its amendment 2014" considering pay and allowances of equivalent post in CSPGCL i.e. (Executive Engineer). Remuneration for deputation will be fixed as per state government rules.

Other Conditions:
1. As the post of appointment is equivalent to EE in CSPGCL, hence no vehicle shall be provided to him for discharge of official work; however the fixed remuneration, payable is inclusive of conveyance allowance.
2. The appointee shall be reimbursed telephone/mobile phone bills for discharging official duties as admissible to the rank of EE of CSPGCL.
3. For making official journey (within and outside State), TA/ DA as admissible to the officer of the rank of EE will be payable.
4. The appointee shall not be entitled for reimbursement of medical expenses. However he may avail the medical facility available at Dispensary/ Hospital of Chhattisgarh State Power Companies.
5. The appointee shall be entitled to avail general holidays / optional holidays declared by the Power Companies.
6. The appointee will not be entitled for any kind of advances like House Building Advance, Motor Cycle/ Car/ Computer Advance etc. during the contract period.
7. Income Tax as may be applicable will be deducted at source.
8. The Contract appointment will be terminable on either side by giving one month's notice.
Selection Process:
For contract appointment application received shall be evaluated on the basis of service experience and a selection list on experience basis shall be prepared. Personal interview shall be conducted by calling all short listed eligible candidates.
