Qualification and Experience: Holder of Engine driver of Fishing Vessel Certificate issued by MMD. X Class or eqivalent. Five Years sea experience. Desirable:- Diesel Mechanic certificate. Certificate of safety and survival at sea I fire fighting / first aid.
Pay Scale:Rs.29,200 - 92,300/- Per Month
2.Greaser-04 Posts
Qualification and Experience: X Class pass or equivalent. Three years experience in sea going mechanized vessel on main and auxiliary machinery maintenance. Desirable:- Certificate of competency as "Engine Driver of fishing vessel" issued by Marine Mercentile Department.
Pay Scale:Rs.18,000 - 56,900/- Per Month
3.Seaman-04 Posts
Qualification and Experience: X Class pass or equivalent. Three years experience in sea going mechanized vessel with two years in helmsman and seamanship work. Desirable:- Certificate of competency as "Mate of fishing "vessel" issued by Marine Mercantile Department.
Pay Scale:Rs.18,000 - 56,900/- Per Month

General Conditions:
1. The experience Certificate must contain period with dates, names Of the post held, salary drawn and nature of work done e.t.c.
2. Photographs pasted on the application shall be duly signed.
4. Travelling Allowance will not be paid for the written exam / Interview / Skill test.
5. Candidates With higher qualification may also apply. Service candidates should apply through proper channel with a Certificate from the Head of the Department that there is no disciplinary / vigilance cases pending against them.
6. Canvassing in any form will be disqualification and candidature of such candidates is liable to be summarily rejected.
7. Incomplete or unsigned application and application received without photographs or proper enclosures or received after due date will be summarily rejected Mere submission Of application will not confer any right on the applicant to be called for Writtentest.

Selection Procedure:
The selection of the candidates will be based on Written Examination the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for Written Examination and/ or Skill test as the case may be and also subject to Medical Fitness.
