Job Location: Nagpur
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Remuneration: Ward Sahayaks (Male/Female) - The selected candidates will be asked for Monthly Fees and the lowest quotation will be accepted subject to the personnel fulfilling all other required criteria. In case absence from duties proportionate daily reduction will be effected.
2. Qualification:- a]Must pass Class 10 or equivalent examination of School. b] Knowledge of First-aid, Nursing and Ward Procedure
3. Duration: Hiring will be for a period of 06 months only. A particular individual will not be hired more than once in a calendar year.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The terms of Hired Ward Sahayaks will be 06 months at a time or less from the date of entering into contract / agreement. b Period of hiring will not be extendable on any ground. No appointment letter will be issued. A Contract is to be signed between the Hired Ward Sahayaks and CMO In-charge.
2. At the time of entering the Contract/agreement, the Hired Ward Sahayaks shall produce Original Certificates of Qualification and Proof of Date of Birth along with Character Certificate of two Gazetted Officers of the Central/State Government. The Hired Ward Sahayak will undergo a Medical Examination at the Factory Hospital, before the contract is entered into, for his/her fitness to perform the work assigned to him/her.
3. The Hired Ward Sahayaks will attend to all the normal tasks which any Regular Employee is conventionally doing including Shift duties, Escort Duties to outstation etc. He/She will also attend emergencies/disasters and accidents. The Hired Ward Sahayaks are required to wear proper uniform as prescribed by the Medical Officer In-charge. Uniform is to be arranged by the Hired Ward Sahayak from his/her own resources.
