Qualification Details:
1. Junior Research Fellow (For Central India Hydrology Regional Centre, NIH Bhopal)
i. Project Tittle: Integrated Assessment of the Impacts of Climate Change on the Hydrology of Narmada basin through Hydrological Modeling Approaches
ii. Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification OR Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET/GATE qualification OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course- in Civil Engg/Agricultural Engg./Environment Engg./Water Resources/Hydrology/Remote Sensing and GIS/Geomatics/Geoinformatics/Computer Science/IT/Earth Sciences/Environmental Science

2. Junior Research Fellow

3. Junior Research Fellow /Senior Research Fellow
i. Tittle: “Impact of Rain water Harvesting on Groundwater Quality in India with Specific Reference to Fluoride and Micropollutants”
ii. Essential OR : Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences (Environmental Science/Chemistry/Earth Science/Geology) with NET Qualification Post Graduate Degree in Professional Courses M.E./M.Tech. (Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Soil & Water Conservation Engg.) : same qualification as in JRF but two years of research experience.
4. Junior Research Fellow (For Central India Hydrology Regional Centre, Bhopal)
i. Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification OR Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET/GATE qualification OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course- in Civil Engg/Agricultural Engg./Environment Engg./Water Resources/Hydrology/Remote Sensing and GIS/Geomatics/Geoinformatics/Computer Science/IT/Earth Sciences/Environmental Science.

1. Research Associates
i. Project Tittle: “Integrated Management of Water Resources for Quantity and Quality in Upper Yamuna Basin upto Delhi”
ii. Essential: Doctorate (Ph.D) (Water Resources Engg., Hydrology, Earth Science, Environmental Engg.) or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.E./M.Tech. (Water Resources Engg., Hydrology, Earth Science, Environmental Engg.) with at least one research paper.
iii. Desirable: Experience of working in the above research areas
iv. Salary: Rs. 36,000/- + HRA ( as admissible) [ Duration: 3 Years ]
2. Research Associate
i. Project tittle: “Ganges aquifer management in the context of monsoon runoff conservation for sustainable river ecosystem services- A Pilot study
ii. Essential: Ph.D (Water Resources/Hydrology/ Hydrogeology) OR ME/M.Tech.(Water Resources/Hydrology/ Hydrogeology) having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
iii. Job Requirements: Remote Sensing & GIS, Geophysical investigations, River flow modeling, Distributed catchment modeling
Resource Person:
Qualification Details:
1. Resource Person (Junior)
i. Project/SubProject Title: “National Hydrology Project”
ii. Duration: 1 Year (initially for six months) can be extended based on the requirem ent and performa
iii. Essential: M..E./M.Tech./MCA in (Computer Science, Computer Science Engg., Information Technology) or B.E./B.Tech./BCA in (Computer Science, Computer Science Engg., Information Technology)
iv. Desirable: Exposure in software development, Programming in languages like NET, PHP, HTML, Java Script, Database creation and handling using SQL Server Oracle.
v. Salary: Rs.20,000- 40,000 per month, Depending upon educational qualification and experience, plus Rs.1500/- p.m. as local conveyance
2. Resource Person (Jr.) (For Deltaic Regional Centre, NIH, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh)
i. Project/SubProject Title: ‘Peya Jal Suraksha’
ii. Duration: One year (initially for six months)
iii. Essential: Post Graduate in Science or Engineering Degree in Hydrology, Geology, Geophysics, Water Resources Engineering, Remote Sensing and GIS, IWRM
iv. Job Description: Conducting geophysical investigations, pumping tests, Groundwater Flow and Transport Modeling, Hydrochemistry studies etc. under the ‘Peya Jal Suraksha Project’
v. Salary: Rs.20,000/- p.m. to Rs. 40,000/-p.m. depending upon educational qualification and experience. Plus Rs.1500/- p.m. as local conveyance
