Qualification Details:
1. Junior Research Fellow (Physics): Post Graduate Degree in M. Sc in Physics in first division with NET/GATE.
2. Junior Research Fellow (Electronics): B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Electrical Engineering in first division with NET/GATE. OR M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Electrical Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
3. Junior Research Fellow (Instrumentation): B.E/ B. Tech in Instrumentation /Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & control Engineering in first division with NET/GATE or M.E/ M. Tech in Instrumentation /EIectronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & control Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
4. Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical): B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering in first division with NET/GATE or M.E/ M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Age: 28 years

3. It may please be noted that offer of Fellowship does not confer on fellows any right for absorption/ employment in DRDO.

5. The tenure of the fellowship will bf initially for a period of two years and based on performance, it may be extended for 3 and 4t year if required. The candidates are allowed to register for Ph.D with a recognized Universi /lnstitution durin the tenure of fellowship.

Selection Procedure:
Short-listed candidates shall be called for written test and/ or interview and they will be required to produce certificates/ testimonials for proof of age, caste, educational qualifications, No Objection Certificate (wherever applicable) in original at the time of the interview. No TA/ DA shall be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining.
