3 .Essential: Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
4. Desirable: 3 years experience in youth activities/ rural development/ other social sectors including voluntary work in a reputed organization.
5. Technical Experience : Proficiency in Computers, report writing and communication skills
6. Roles and Responsibilities: programmes as per the Annual Action Plan Guidelines and other activities assigned to him/her from time to time by NYKS. Responsibility to administer and execute work assigned to him/her by the District Youth Coordinator / State Directors.
Age: Minimum : 25 year (as on 01.01.2018) Maximum: 35 years (as on 01.01.2018)

Selection Procedure:
The recruitment of Programme Coordinators will be conducted in three phases which are as follows : Phase 1. Prelim Screening : CV Evaluation + IQ Test + Rapid Interview / Personality Test (Max 10 mins each) Phase 2. Centralised Final Screening: 1) Comprehensive SRT (Situation Reaction) 2) Group Discussions 3) Planning / War-gaming / Brainstorming 4) Individual Projects (to test Aptitude / Imaginative & Innovative Ideas / Intellect / Organising Skills). 5) Final Interview Phase 3. Training / Mentoring of Finalists.
