Qualification:
Must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of Foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt.of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India. Must hold Pilot License. The selection is by merit for which the benchmark in overall grading in the ACRs will not be below “Very Good”.
Salary:Rs. 29,100 - Rs. 54,500/- Per Month

How to Apply:
1. Applications in the prescribed format from eligible and willing Officers, who satisfy the provisions of recruitment rules for the post of Harbour Master, may be forwarded along with the following documents so as to reach this office on or before 21/05/2018.
2. Attested copies of ACRs of the applicant for the last 5 years . b) Attested copies of all certificates. c) No-Objection Certificate of the respective Ports. d) An undertaking of the applicant not to withdraw his candidature, if selected. e) Certificate by Head of Office of the Applicant f) Vigilance and Administrative clearance of the concerned Port in the Proforma prescribed by the Ministry (Annexure-III). g) The Veracity of the University Certificates produced by the applicants and the recognition of the degree obtained by the applicant may be ensured and certified by the concerned Officer of the Port. The applications received through proper channel only will be entertained. The applications received after the last date or without ACRs or otherwise incomplete will not be considered.
