Job Location : West Bengal
Qualification:
BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree.
Must have completed compulsory internship at the time of submission of application.
Desirable:
1. The candidate should be permanent resident of West Bengal and should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali.
2. Persons holding MD in Homeopathy/ Ayurvedic/ Unani.
Age Limit:
40 years as on 1-4-2018

Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking
Pay Offline Through E Challan:
The fee can be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India (UBI) with the print out of the system generated e-challan after duly filling up the three parts of the challan. Out of the three parts of the challan, bank will keep one part and hand over the other two parts to the candidate. Candidates must preserve both copies with him/her for future reference.

Fill the all details in the application & then Submit the Form.
Take a print out of Online application for future use.
