Qualification Details:
i. Qualification: Applicant shall have Diploma in electrical and electronics/Electronics.
ii. Experience: Candidates having experience of operating Cranes more than 100 Tons will only be eligible. The candidates having crane operation simulation training/course certificate shall be preferred. Minimum experience of 2 years (360 Log days) on heavy lift crane(>120Tonnes) MSV/DVS with DP system or construction ships (fixed platforms/installation /shore crane experience shall not be considered).
iii. JOB RELATED INFORMATION The selected candidates will be posted on board MSV vessels (Samudra Prabha, Samudra Sevak) for one year purely on contractual basis with 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off contract.
iv. Wages The wages will be paid as per the industrial agreement of "The National Maritime Board".
v. Medical Fitness: Medically fit (Medical fitness will be verified by the SCI Empanelled doctor upon selection- if found not suitable he shall not be considered for the posting as well as no compensation of any sort is paid).
Age: Below 59 years as on interview date.

Certificates Required:
Applicant should have CDC,Passport,STCW-2010 Modular courses(Emergency First Aid, PSSR,FPFF,PST) ,Hydrogen Supplied(H2S) Course certificate & Helicopter underwater escape Techniques(HUET) course certificate. Applicant shall have CDC, AOA / Letter from the employer certifying the experience of the particular type of the crane for his experience proof. The employer issued letters acceptance will be subjected to verification.

Walk in interview will be conducted for the eligible applicants on 04.04.2018 at crew selection room of SCI Basement at 1430hrs for the crane operators post on ONGC Owned SCI Operated vessels.
