Qualification Details:
1. Post Name: Staff Nurse
2 .Essential Qualification: - B.sc. Nursing /GNM from a recognized institute. Registered as General Nurse and Midwife with Haryana Nursing Council
3. Post Qualification work experience:- Minimum 1 year post qualification.
4. Desirable:- Computer Profiency with familiarity of data management and commonly used packages like MS work, Power Point and Excel etc. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.
5. Remuneration As per NHM norms.
Age: Up to 55 years.
Gynecologist:
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name: Gynecologist
2 .Essential Qualification: MBBS, MD in (Gynae) or DGO from institution recognized by Medical council of India.
3. Remuneration @Rs 100000/- consolidated per month
4. Desirable: Computer Knowledge.
Age: Up to 65 years.
TB Health Visitor:
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name: TB Health Visitor
2 .Essential: Graduate OR Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/certificate or higher course in Health Education /counseling or Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months)
3. Desirable:- Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
4. Remuneration As per NHM norms.

The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed Performa from website addressed to the undersigned giving full detail of his/her bio data, with attested photograph and attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials and the applied documents should reach to this office by 14.03.2018 upto 05:00P.M sharp .i.e. last date of document submission and should reach for interview as per Interview Schedule given in the newspaper along with original certificates at 9:A.M Sharp in O/o Civil Surgeon Yamuna Nagar.
2 .Candidates must submit a fee of Rs. 200/- in the form of Bank Draft in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Society, Yamuna Nagar payable at Yamuna Nagar with application form.
