Qualifications :
Doctoral degree in any of the ARS disciplines notified under Horticulture Science Group, (Please see ICAR circular no.8(1)/2013-Per-IV dated 26.02.2015 regarding review of existing qualifications for ARS Scientists in the ICAR site under circular/personnel).
