2. Diploma Trainee (Medical Lab Tech): Diploma in Medical Lab Technician. Diploma. Trainee (Computer/IT): Diploma in Engineering (Computer/IT)
3. The Trade apprentices are eligible for monthly stipend during their period of engagement which is subject to the periodic revision in minimum wages as per the prescribed rates governed by Apprentice Act. Presently the stipend is paid on the basis of Minimum wages declared by State Government of Maharashtra for the period 1.1.2018 to 30.06.2018 for RDAT Apprentices. Rs 5000/- stipend is for the BOAT Apprentices . The Apprentice Trainees shall not be entitled to any other benefit / facilities / allowances apart from the consolidated stipend. The trainee is not eligible for any TA-DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of training. RCF LTD will not provide any assistance towards transportation from any point.

Selection Procedure:
1. Trade/Discipline wise merit list will be drawn based on the percentage of marks of last year/last two semesters obtained in the qualifying examination. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or other grades in qualifying examination is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated in the on line application as per norms adopted by concerned University / Institute.
2. The candidate shall be required to submit a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting, in case of final selection. If no formula has prescribed by the university/Institute, the equivalence in percentage of the marks will be established by multiplying the CGPA/OGPA/Grade by factor of 10 subject to the condition that the candidate has to submit the documentary proof that the university/ Institute do not have any formula for conversion of CGPA/OGPA/Grade to percentage.
3. The selected candidates will required to go through Fitness Medical Test at RCF Hospital. Only Medically Fit Candidates are allowed to join Apprenticeship Training. The wait list of candidates will be prepared and will be operated as an when required.
4. A merit list will be drawn in the order of the percentage secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification. In case of candidates securing equal marks in the merit list (even after considering the decimal points) the candidate having higher qualification or in case of same qualification, the candidate securing more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed at higher position in the merit list.
5. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided in the on-line application form, hence it is necessary that only accurate, full and correct information is furnished by the applicants. Furnishing of wrong/false information will be a disqualification and RCF LTD will NOT be responsible for disqualification as a consequence of furnishing of such wrong/false information.
How to Apply:
1. Online submission of application will be permitted on the website between 10 . 00 a m on 21.02.2018 till 05.00 pm on 08.03.2018.
2. The candidate who is selected as Apprentice must possess an Aadhaar linked Bank Account ihnis/her own name (preferably a nationalized bank with internet banking/electronic banking facilities ) to received stipend from RCF LTD.
3. In case of selection for Apprenticeship in RCF LTD, the candidates shall be required to bring the following original certificates along with self-attested photocopies as documentary proof at the time of reporting (as applicable): Proof of Age.( SSC certificate/Birth Certificate/School leaving certificate) Educational Qualifications (All the Mark sheets & Certificates). Certificate from the University/Institution regarding equivalent % of marks, wherever CGP or other A/OGPA grades in qualifying examination is awarded. Self-Attested copy of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Class (Non - Creamy) . of the if applicable, in proper format from the competent authority. OBC OBC certificate produced by candidates should clearly indicate that they do not belong to creamy laye Certificate and should be issued on or after 01.04.2017 r. In the absence of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be considered for training. Prescribed Formats of Caste certificates is available on web portal.
4. STEP 1: Visit www.rcfltd.com website STEP 2: Click on “HR Section” and then click on “Recruitment” and the click on “ENGAGEMENT OF TRADE APPRENTICES - 2018” STEP 3: View the full Advertisement Details and read the instructions and terms and conditions carefully before applying.
5. STEP 4: Click on “Apply Online” to fill the Application Form. STEP 5: After you fill the Application form, click on SUBMIT” to submit the data entered. The candidate should cross check all the details filled in the on line application before finally submitting the same, as no correction will be possible later. STEP 6: After successful submission of the application, the Registration Slip will be generated for eligible candidate with unique application number which may be used for any further communication. STEP 7: Click on “Print” button to print the Registration Slip which will be required at the time of Joining, if shortlisted.
6. The candidates are not required to send the print out of the registered Application Form filled online. Note: 1) The provision to reprint Application Form is available. 2) The Online Application has to be filled & submitted in one go only.
