Post Details
1. Advisor (Materials Management)
Qualification and Experience: The candidate should be a retired person possess a Degree in Engineering or a Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA/ 2 Years Diploma in Materials Management (in case of non-engineering graduates). He should be in the age group between 60 years to 64 years. He should have experience of more than 20 years in Executive positions in an organization with at least 15 years of experience (out of above) in a large Steel Industry. Out of above 15 years, he should have a minimum experience of five years in the capacity of Sr. Management Position in Materials Management /Purchase /Inspection/ Stores of the organization. The candidate should be in the pay scale of Rs.120000-3%- 280000/ - or equivalent (at the time of retirement) in case of PSU and in case of Private sector the candidate should have CTC of Rs. 3300000/- (at the time of retirement).
2. Advisor (Contracts Management)
Qualification and Experience; The Candidate should be a retired person possess Degree in Engineering. He should have an experience of 20 years in Integrated Steel Plant out of which minimum seven years in E-5 grade and above in Contracts Department. He should be in the age group between 60 years to 64 years. c) Candidate should be thorough in Contract Management, Tendering Procedures (i.e. preparation of tender document, awarding of contract and closing of contracts), posses experience related to development of mechanism pertaining to contracts for operation and maintenance of various units of Integrated steel plants and knowledge of General Financial Regulation, CVC guidelines relating to tendering and awarding of works. The Candidate should be in the pay scale of Rs.120000-3%-280000/ - or equivalent (at the time of retirement) in case of PSU and in case of Private sector the candidate should have CTC of Rs. 30,00,000/- (at the time of retirement).
3. Advisor (Personnel)
The Candidate should be a retired person possess Graduation with PG Degree / Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management /IR or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management. He should have adequate experience in Personnel/ Administration (General & Town Administration). He should be well conversant with Personnel and IR Policies. He should be in the age group between 60 years to 64 years. He should have experience of more than 20 years in Executive positions in an organization with at least 15 years of experience (out of above) in a large Steel Industry. Out of above 15 years, he should have a minimum experience of 5 years in the capacity of Sr. Management position in Personnel & Administration Department. The candidate should be in the pay scale of Rs.120000-3%- 280000/ - or equivalent (at the time of retirement) in case of PSU and in case of Private sector the candidate should have CTC of Rs.33,00,000/- (at the time of retirement).
4. Posting Duration & Remuneration: The posting duration will be initially for a period of one year and extendable on mutual consent & Advisor (Materials Management) - 1,00,000/- & Advisor (Contracts) -80,000/- - 90,000/- & Advisor (Personnel) - 1,00,000/-
