Job Location :  Cochin/Kochi/Ernakulam

Qualification Details: 

1. Type of Fellowship & Monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/- + House Rent Allowance as admissible as per rules

2. Educational qualification(s): Ph.D in Ocean Sciences or relevant allied subjects with experience in the field of ocean remote sensing or marine geophysics or ocean modeling OR Having 3 years of research or teaching experience after M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in the field of ocean remote sensing or marine geophysics or ocean modeling. 

Age: 35 years as on the closing date of receipt of application; relaxable to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC as per Government of India orders.

General Conditions:

Only candidates possessing the above mentioned qualification(s) need apply. All the qualifications acquired should be from recognized Universities/Institutions. Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel. Director, NPOL reserves the right not to select any candidate, if suitable candidates are not available.

Selection Procedure:

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at NPOL, Kochi subsequently and they shall be required to produce certificates/ testimonials/ Community certificate etc in original at the time of interview.
