Qualification :-
Junior Research Fellow -
1. Eligibility: M.E. / M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines OR B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with valid GATE score. Final semester M.E. / M.Tech. students can also apply.
2. Desirable: Knowledge of device/process simulation CAD tool (Synopsis/Silvaco TCAD) Knowledge on analog circuit design / analog Microelectronics/VLSI design. Knowledge of transistor level circuit simulation tool. Candidate with valid GATE/NET and/or work experience on device/analog Microelectronics/VLSI domain will be preferred.
3. Job Description: Mainly research in VLSI Design regarding HEMT (high electron mobility transistor) and its application in amplifier circuit. The candidate is expected to register for PhD at BIT, Mesra.
Program Officer -
1. Eligibility: Only teaching faculty with AGP 6000 or above may apply for the post. High level of motivation, inclination and aptitude for community work and a very good rapport with students is desirable. NCC Officers and Physical Education Directors are not eligible for the Post
2. Out of Pocket Allowances: As per the National Service Scheme norms.
3. Tenure: The maximum period for which a faculty is appointed as Program Officer will be 3 years in the first instance. However, this period is extendible upto 5 years, on the basis of the review of his/her performance by the competent authority.
4. Number of Posts: BIT Mesra, Ranchi (02), BIT Lalpur (05), University Polytechnic (01), BIT, Deoghar (02) One post at each center is reserved for female faculty members out of the mentioned posts
