A. Mandatory
1. Retd Army Officer Col/Col (TS).
2. Commanding officer/ 2IC of major unit OR AEC officer, Principal, Sainik/Military School.
3. Should have no disciplinary case during entire service.
4. Should have experience of handling finances and legal issues.
B. Preferred
1. Med cat SHAPE-1 or SHAPE-II (less S factor).
2. IT Savvy.
Age : Age between 54-60 years
