Other Qualification Details:
1. Additional Director General (Programme) - Eligibility:- Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR with three (3) years of regular service in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised GP- 87000; OR with eight (8) years combined regular service in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix and Level 12 of the Pay Matrix [PB-4 (Rs. 37,400-67,000/-) + GP of Rs. 8,700/- (Pre-revised) and PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,1000 + GP of Rs. 7,600/- (Pre-revised)] in the parent Cadre/Department; and
2. Experience: Ten (10) years experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of education, culture, drama, film & television, radio, Programme Production or publicity having visual or audio impact, including five (5) years of administrative and organizational experience
Age: The applicants should not have crossed the age of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application
Salary Structure:- Rs. 37,400 - Rs. 67,000/- Per Month
