Qualification:
a. Passed - Diploma Three (03) year duration State Technical Board / University
b. Secretarial / Commercial Practice & Modern Office Management (MOM) - Two (02) years duration State Technical Board / University
3. Duration & Stipend: The duration of training will be one (01) year from the date of joining and stipend is Rs 3542/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty Two Only) per month.
Age: Upper age limit is 30 years as on closing date of application 29/12/2017 (33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC/ST. Additional 10 year relaxation for PWD candidates in their respective categories). For Sl. No. 7 & 8 maximum age limit is 24 years (27 for OBC, 29 for SC/ST. Additional 10 year relaxation for PWD candidates in their respective categories. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD (OH/PH) candidates is applicable as per Govt. of India Rules.

2. Educational Qualifications*: The incumbent should be a Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized Universityllnstitution.
3. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as an Officer in Finance & Accounts Division of a reputed organisation. The applicant should have managerial experience at a senior level in corporate financial management and accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management in an organisation of repute.
4. Service Eligibility: Central Public Sector Executives Holding analogous post in the pay scale of: Rs.43200-66000/- (post 01.01.2007 scale with IDA) or RS.37400-67000 + GP RS.8700/- - RS.8900/- with CDA (LEVEL 13/13A in the PAY MATRIX)Officers of Central Group-A Services/All India Services/Armed Forces Officials Holding analogous post (i.e. LEVEL '14' in the PAY MATRIX) on regular basis; or With a minimum service of 3 years in the immediate lower scale (i.e. LEVEL '13'!'13A' in the PAY MATRIX) or equivalent.
5. Duration of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five (05) years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age: Minimum age shall be 45 years and Maximum age shall not exceed 56 years as on the last date prescribed for receipt of applications
