Educational Qualification:

You should have passed +2 class in science subjects and two year diploma in medical Laboratory Technician or related subjects or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization. B.Sc. shall be treat as 3 year experience or passed +2 class with science subjects plus certificate course in ANM with 5 year experience from a recognized institute / board for Technician-III or Junior Nurse and graduate in science relevant subjects from a recognized university with relevant work experience of handling data on computer, knowledge and experience in Statistics from a recognized institute for Data Entry Operator.

Age Limit: The age of candidate should be maximum 30 years as of cutoff dates.
