2. Orthopedic surgeon – MS (Ortho) or DNB (Ortho) + 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
3. Dentist – MDS/BDS + 5 years after Post Graduation/ 10 years after Graduation Experience
4. Ayurvedic Physician – MD (Ayur.) or BAMS + 5 years after Post Graduation /10 years after Graduation Experience
5. Homeopathic Physician – BHMS or Diploma in Homeopathy + 10 years after Graduation + Experience
6. Radiologist – MD (Radiology) or equivalent + Experience
7. ENT Surgeon – MS (ENT) or equivalent + Experience 5 years after Post Graduation
8. Physiotherapist – BPTH /B.Sc (PT) + Experience 7 Years after Graduation
9. Ophthalmologist – MS (Ophthalmology) ) or equivalent + 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
10. Pathologist – MD (Pathology) or equivalent + 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
11. Dermatologist Specialist – 1. MD (Dermatology)/DNB or. Diploma in (Dermatology) + 3 years after Post Graduation/5 years after Diploma
12. Psychiatrist – MD (Psychiatry) or equivalent + 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
13. General Surgeon – MS Surgery /DNB surgery + 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
14. Anesthetist – MD/DNB Anesthesia 5 years after Post Graduation Experience
15. Cardiologist – DNB (Cardiology) or DM (Cardiology) or equivalent 5 years’ experience with attachment to Cardiac Hospital with Cath. Lab facilities
16. Nephrologist – DNB (Nephrology)or DM (Nephrology) or equivalent 5 years’ experience with attachment to specialized Centre
17. Urologist – DNB (Urology)/MCH (Urology) 5 years’ experience with attachment to specialized hospital where general urology + ESWL + endoscopic urology facilities are available
18. Neurologist – DNB/DM (Neurology) 5 years’ experience with attachment to Neurology Centre
