Experience - 9 to 12 years
Qualification - Essential: Bachelors in Engineering / Computer Science or Masters in science
Desirable: MBA. Experience in payments industry ecommerce, mobile apps preferred

Job Description;
Role Objective: To engage with startups, Fintech organizations, Incubators and accelerators in the assigned territory and evangelize NPCI Innovations program and ensure they integrate NPCI products/services for their payments needs.
Accountabilities:
Managing the Startups engagement portfolio for NPCI to ensure deeper engagement with startups to ensure NPCI products/services are integrated with the startups products.
Evangelize NPCI innovation and startups program among Fintech startups, accelerators and incubators
Onboard startups for the NPCI Innovation Labs and be a single point of contact for the startups in the assigned territory
Working with product and technology team to ensure the startups have better understanding of the NPCI products/services and the sandbox environment of NPCI
Working with Technology partners (eg. Microsoft, Amazon) and the local chapters of organizations like NASSCOM 10000 Startups, iSPIRT Aggregators for startup engagement
Organize hackathons along with partners in startups, educational institutions to create awareness of NPCI products/services and promote NPCI innovation program
Ensuring branding and visibility at such hackathons
Handhold startups by organizing domain expertise support from NPCI product development teams in validating payment use cases, feasibility, refine products/solutions.
Follow technology trends, startup environment and provide information to NPCI management
Working with Internal teams for certification, troubleshooting in accessing sandbox environments.
Ensuring compliance & adherence to any regulatory & internal compliance points.
Handling customer queries.
Designing and executing promotional and usage programs to increase startup penetration for NPCI products/services
Preparing presentations for Internal and External audiences with the latest NPCI products/services.
