Junior Assistant:
Salary: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 49,000/- Per Month
Experience: Fresher
Qualification Details:
1) Must have completed Bachelor Degree from any recognized University/Institute.
2) A) He must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating System, i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac etc. such as, I) Word Processor, II) Spreadsheet, III) Presentation graphics, IV) Concept of Database, V) Internet VI) E-mail. B) he must possess minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer application knowledge from an Institute recognized by the Government.
3) No. of Posts: 7 (Seven) Nos. U/R-2,ST(H)-3 Physically Handicap-2 (Blind or Low Vision-1, Hearing Impaired-1)
Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age or more than 38 years of age as on 01.012017. The upper age is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disabilities.
EVM Godown Keeper:
Salary: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 49,000/- Per Month

Documents Required:
The application must be accompanied by the following-
i) Self attested photocopies of all certificates of Educational qualification & other qualifications, age caste etc. along with other testimonials.
ii) Three copies of self attested recent Passport size photograph (One copy to be pasted on the right top comer of the application form signed by the Applicant and other two copies to be signed by the applicant on reverse of the photograph must be attached with the application.)
iii) A self addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 5.00 must be enclosed along with the application form.
iv) Candidates belonging to reserved category must enclose the certificate issued by the component authority.
v) Candidates of PWD category must be attach the PWD certificate issued by the component authority.
Selection Procedure:
The candidate must at the top of the application mention the language of the following language which he prefers for appearing in the Written Test.

Applications are invited from the intending candidates for filling up the following vacant posts in the Amalgamated Establishment of the Deputy Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officers (C) as District Election Officer. The application should be submitted in the standard form as published in Assam Gazette in Part. IX during working hours except Sunday/Holiday on or before 26.3.2018 in the drop box kept for the purpose in Personnel Branch in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Jorhat District.
