Qualifications: Must have 3 (Three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member Co-operative Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operaive Housing Federation Limited (HOUSEFED) and should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on all stages of selection till the date of appointment to the new post. Degree from a recognized University with HDC/HDC&BM/JDC. OR B.Com. with Co-operation. OR B.Sc. Co-operation & Banking of Kerala Agricultural University.

Selection Process :
If a Written / OMR / Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar.Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the examination.

Documents to prove qualification, experience, age, community etc. have to be produced as and when called for. "Candidates who have AADHAAR Card should add AADHAAR Card as I.D proof in their profile".
